Kenny Kaufman

Co-Owner & Founder / Project Manager

Kenny leads all of our construction projects. As a child he imagined what it would take to renovate his central Florida home, and fondly remembers sitting on the roof dreaming of building a second level. After getting a Degree in Construction Management, Kenny started off in a fast paced atmosphere of production building, and then moved into high end custom renovation and new construction. This combination has created a focus on critical path, efficiency, customer service, and quality. His continued focus is on delivering the desired outcome for the client in the most effective way possible. He has over two decades of Project Management experience in building neighborhoods, homes, renovations, warranty, and service. He has been a licensed contractor since 2007 at the young age of 24. He is customer service driven, detail focused, and enjoys building authentic relationships with clients and vendors.
