Kenny Kaufman
Co-Owner & Founder / Project Manager
Kenny was born for this industry. As a child he imagined what it would take to renovate his central Florida home, and fondly remembers sitting on the roof dreaming of building a second level. After getting a Degree in Construction Management, Kenny started off in a fast paced atmosphere of production building, and then moved into high end custom renovation and new construction. This combination has created a focus on critical path, efficiency, customer service, and quality. His continued focus is on delivering the desired outcome for the client in the most effective way possible. He has over two decades of Project Management experience in building neighborhoods, homes, renovations, warranty, and service. He has been a licensed contractor since 2007 at the young age of 24. He is customer service driven, detail focused, and enjoys building authentic relationships with clients and vendors.

Kinley is the Lead Interior Designer at Mountain Modern. She knew at a young age that she would be in the business of homes and developed a fierce passion and love for real estate, interior design, and construction. She would spend hours lying on the floor in her childhood bedroom drawing floor plans and studying architecture. She decided to share this passion with others, so she attended Appalachian State University for Interior Design & Building Sciences. Kinley has been a REALTOR® for many years and an interior designer for over a decade. She has experience in design of breweries, office spaces, hospitality, healthcare, high end residential, and renovation. She now mainly focuses residential new construction and renovation. Kinley specializes in storytelling through design to ensure the client is authentically expressing themselves in the space. She possesses a unique gift of naturally identifying your design style and helping guide you to achieve your dream home. She enjoys every aspect of the business of homes and is constantly striving to learn more and be better. She has lived in the High Country for over fifteen years and has a deep love for the community. Her main goal is to make your journey easier, whether you are buying, selling, renovating, or furnishing. She will provide excellent care while guiding you through every step of the way.
